Nev brings
a potent mix of
lived experience,
creative practice, and
professional expertise to
his equity, inclusion, and
community engagement
work. His diverse portfolio
spans mentoring, facilitation,
culture and diversity
consultancy, and performance
across theatre, art, film, and
spoken word.
With a background that includes
roles in the NHS as a senior
health coach and community
resource worker, as well as
extensive experience in mental
health training and a previous
career in the British Army, Nev
brings depth, empathy, and
insight to every space he
works in.
His commitment is to
open inclusive,
participatory spaces
where all voices
are valued and
heard.


Hayley brings
a multifaceted
background in creative
development, education,
and technical theatre.
Hayley hails from the vibrant
St Vincent and the Grenadines community in High Wycombe
and has worked extensively
across childcare, education, B2B
sales, and event/project
management. With experience tutoring GCSE English, managing projects and events,
consulting on inclusive content for
racial and SEN themes, and trained
in Understanding Autism, Hayley is passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices.
Hayley is a whirlwind of energy-
in addition to her writing role,
Hayley serves as technical
designer and DSM for
UBUNTU performances,
combining creative insight
with behind-the-scenes
precision to support the
production
process.

Jon is a
creative
strategist with over
a decade of
experience in visual
culture, social enterprise,
and inclusive learning.
As co-founder of
Fotonow CIC, he’s led
innovative projects that
blend education with social
engagement—promoting
collaboration, anti-racism,
and accessible creative
practice.
He’s worked across schools,
youth centres, galleries,
museums, and festivals to
co-design learning spaces
for young people, and
continues to support
community initiatives
through roles at Plymouth
Social Enterprise
Network, Jabulani
CIC, and Diversity
Business
Incubator CIC.

Co-founding Director, Educational Lead

Dave brings over
three decades of
experience in coaching,
mentoring, and inclusive
education. Originally from
Bristol and trained as an
analytical chemist, his career
evolved to encompass work in
diverse community settings, supporting individuals across education, sport, and cultural engagement.
For the past 15 years, Dave has focused on Diversity and
Inclusion—beginning as a Cultural Champion and continuing as a facilitator and EDI consultant for organisations across sectors.
He’s known for fostering
dialogue and action that drive
positive social change.
Beyond his formal roles, Dave
has contributed to a wide
range of advisory groups
and committees, drawing
from a rich background
in volunteering and
community
involvement.
