and equity. It emphasises the importance of understanding both

physical and non-physical aspects of a community, including its

geography, traditions, social issues, and relationships with

adjacent areas.

and civic leadership.

*Engaging Communities*: Building relationships, addressing

disparities, and supporting diversity through authentic

community voices.

*Community*: Strengthening social, political, and cultural bonds while championing individual and collective aspirations.

*Culture*: Mapping and nurturing cultural activities to foster creativity and co-creation within the community.

*Agency*: Guiding individuals toward autonomy, shared power, and informed decision-making, while ensuring accountability and leadership opportunities.
